Albert Jake Mediterranean Oxblood Coral - SOLD

Albert was born in 1959 and learned silversmithing from his parents. He refined his skills and developed his own style while working in various shops in Gallup and Albuquerque. His artistic perspective has been further developed by his toolmaking, pottery and sand painting skills. His brother is also a silversmith. Albert is a member of the Ramah Navaho Band in Ramah, New Mexico.

I cut this amazing oval oxblood coral cabochon, weighing 16 cts. several years ago, and saved it until Albert had time to set it for me. His hand made bezel and stamped side shields are great examples of the work Albert can do. This adjustable ring is size 4.
